18 Cross is an adaptive-reuse mixed-use redevelopment in Singapore’s Chinatown-CBD fringe that transforms an aging commercial block into a vibrant, sustainable urban hub by weaving conserved heritage shophouses with a revitalised four-storey podium and a modern 15-storey Grade A office tower.
