Iwagumi Air Scape

Year: 2024

Client: ENESS

Type: Art Installation

Scope of Work: Video Productions & Photography

Iwagumi Air Scape is a monumental temporary public art installation that brings the Japanese art of Iwagumi—the harmonious arrangement of rocks—into an urban waterfront context through a dramatic landscape of air-filled boulder-like forms. Spanning nearly 4,900 m² at The Promontory, Marina Bay during i Light 2024

Our hybrid production captures how visitors interacts with light, texture, and sound of this sensory installation, revealing the optical paradox of monumental stone-like forms that are in fact weightless, while highlighting the serene spatial flows and atmospheric moments visitors encounter as they move through and around the work.
