18 Cross is a 15-storey mixed-use tower in Singapore's city centre, upgraded across every level - basement, retail podium and office tower - with raised ceiling heights, new lifts and refreshed lobbies transforming the building into Grade A office space. The retrofit was designed to meet WELL v2 Core and Shell and Green Mark 2021 Platinum, two of the most demanding sustainability and wellness certifications available for commercial buildings in Singapore.
Shiya Creative Studio produced a full-service narrative video and refreshed architectural photography for Cundall, the project's sustainability and engineering consultancy, documenting the retrofit and its performance credentials.
