The Hyogo Prefectural Museum of Art in Kobe, designed by Tadao Ando Architect & Associates - a composition of exposed concrete volumes and framed views over Osaka Bay, rebuilt as a symbol of the city's recovery after the 1995 earthquake. The photography follows the sequence of compression and release that defines Ando's architectural language.
