Bidding August goodbye with another great milestone. From 28th August to 1st September, I was honoured to be part of the Mt Rokko International Photo Festival in Kobe, Japan as 1 of the 10 exhibiting photographers. Themed "My Place My Life" this year, the photo festival was held in 3 separate venues: C.A.P Kobe Studio Y3, Mirage Gallery and Sorakuen . Besides the exhibitions, there are also photography talks and portfolio review sessions. Overall its an amazing festival, do check out their website for more details:
I was happy to exhibit my series "Corridors of Diversity" as part of Kobe International Photo Award Winners Exhibition at Sorakuen, I hope more people in Japan and overseas could appreciate the architectural beauty of Singapore's public housing by Housing & Development Board. The outdoor exhibition setup is amazing and the amount of work and dedication by the organizing committee is very impressive. Kudos to Takeki-san, Ayaka-san and other members of the committee for offering such a great photography event!
